Sales/Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from Triathlon Training Systems (TTS), you may return it within 15 days of the original invoice date (day and date of purchase) for a full credit or refund ï¿½ less shipping and handling fees. TTS will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

All items must be in the same condition as purchased

All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale.

To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, always enclose the remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
