This coaching plan works extremely wellfor athletes with strong self-motivation and with few changes intheir schedule. You and your coach have an initial consultation toassess your athletic history, current level of readiness, desiredgoals, available time and more. Your coach will then create yourcustom, 3-month program* and send it to you. You will then reviewyour program and speak with your coach one more time to confirm allthe details before following that schedule to it's conclusion.

*You are billed at the time of purchase. A TTS coach will be intouch within 24 hours to schedule your initial consultation.Written programs are limited to 3 months of planning. If you desirea longer coaching relationship, we recommend our "IndividualCoaching" services.
