I Keep Coming Back
From Steve Mark of Tarzana, California on 12/7/2008.
I wrote an earlier review on this and gave it a good rating. A couple of months later I find I have come back to the series repeatedly to answer more detailed questions and review the bonus material on the DVD's, especially as it relates to planning out the next season. There is really a lot of good information here that you would spend a lot more time and money with a coach to obtain.

Amazing information and Presentation! Great for first time racers and seasoned athletes as well. One of the best investments our team has made!

This dvd series is great for everyone including newbies to even seasoned veterans of the sports. I picked up a lot of great tips especially about technique.
Where was this years ago...
From Chris Smith of Redondo Beach, California on 11/30/2008.
This is an excellent resource. I am still a novice to the multi-sport and this is fantastic information. I wish I watched it before my first season. For those of us who like to read/learn/watch as much as we can about any "new" thing in our lives, this is the way to go! Thank you for empowering me with the knowledge now let's see if I can put it to action.
Like Having the Best U.S. Tri Coaches in a Box
From Frank Deese of Santa Monica, California on 11/29/2008.
For the price a typical race entry, you can learn to intelligently structure your training schedule, balance your body in the water to minimize resistance, learn all aspects of the bike and the ride, maximize the efficiency of your run, and learn the proper way to use weights to increase strength and reduce injury. If you’re experienced, you’ll find something in these presentations to make you faster on your next race day. If you’re new to the sport, watching these videos will give you the confidence of real experience when you rack your bike in transition for the first time. Can’t wait for Volume Two!

Like Benjamin, I recently completed my first major Triathlon (Nautica) by participating with Team in Training. Purchasing DVD's aferward, I find them a great review and containing a number of tips and refinements that did not go over during training. The production is very well done (reminds me of the olympics with a "reporter" and an "anchor") and the extra, bonus materials for each disc is great. I'm especially interested in integrating triathlon-oriented resistance training into my program and there's a comprehensive disc on this. Great value for the money, for less than the cost of a single, private coaching session.
From Marc Geraldez of Marina Del Rey, California on 10/2/2008.
Been reading books on how to improve my skills in all 3 events and the DVDs helped increase my knowledge in further advancing my skills.
Comprehensive Overview of the Sport and Skills with Plenty of Practical Details
From Benjamin Israel of Fullerton, California on 10/1/2008.
I recently completed my first Triathlon (Nautica) by participating with Team in Training. The DVDs have been great for their expanded coverage of what I learned in 16 weeks of training with them. For me personally, the running was especially interesting; running can get boring and it doesn't have to be. In the past I have done lots of strength training for Baseball, and I'm excited to see how the periodization model of Triathlon specific strength training plays out at future races. A great product at a fair price.
From Nicola Albini of Santa Monica, California on 9/30/2008.
Great and well done product, the first and only one complete guide available on the market. Its awesome to see my coaches in a dvd so perfectly elaborated. I bought some copies for some tri friends in Italy too!!...And they loved it as well!!
A Must Have!
From Hannah of Beverly Hills, California on 5/26/2008.
I've been working out for awhile now and had wanted to get involved in triathlon but just wasn't quite sure how to take the steps to get there. Now I know. This Box Set has really helped me understand what I need to do to get myself going in the right direction. I also realized how much I've been doing wrong that wasn't serving me as an athlete in a good way, which I have been changing and feeling so good about!I highly recommend using this for anyone even if it's not your intention to compete but just like to run, bike or swim; this will definitely help!!!
